Ferrari Challenge

With the Ferrari Challenge in 1993 Ferrari founded the first racing series for vehicles of the same type of the brand Ferrari.

By now this Ferrari Challenge is one of the fixed race series over the globe for years.

Today about 100 drivers worldwide fight for the championship, geographically divided into the Ferrari Challenge Italy, Europe and USA.

The first races were driven with the type '348'. In the year 1995 the 'F355' followed.

In 2000 the 360 Modena Challenge was presented with its 295 kW (400 hp) V8.

Since 2006 they used the 490 hp strong plus even faster and with carbon brakes equipped '430'. The driver evalution is divided into "Coppa Shell" (amateurs) and "Trofeo Pirelli" (professionals).

In 2009, the Italian and European "Trofeo Pirelli" is going to be held in 4 combined races, but evaluated separately.
